We employ a fair and simple return policy that gives buyers credit or replacements for returned leads ONLY if the following conditions
are met:
1. Due to time sensitive nature of our lead generation services, lead buyer must notify Monetize Interactive of return within seventy-two (72) hours after the lead(s) have been delivered. Buyer is not entitled to a refund credit or replacement lead(s) if buyer fails to notify CPA that the lead(s) qualify for credit or replacement within 72 hours after the lead(s) have been delivered to buyer.

2. Buyer agrees to provide full lead data along with qualifying reason for the return via email and/or
email attachment within the aforementioned 72 hour period. Return requests shall be sent to: info@MonetizeInteractive.com

Reason for return falls within one of the four allowable return reasons listed below.
To qualify as a returnable leads, at least
one of the following reasons must apply. Returns for any other reason will be rejected.
1. All phone numbers provided
are disconnected.
2. The consumer does not exist.
3. Contact information is obviously incorrect (Daffy Duck, xyz xyz, etc)
4. Lead is a student researching a school project.

Leads submitted for return for any reason other than the above four reasons will
be rejected.
Monetize Interactive reserves the right to verify that returned leads do in fact qualify for refund or replacement
per the above criteria. Returned leads will be verified and approved or declined within1 business day of receipt. It is
Monetize Interactive's sole discretion to determine if the return is valid. If Monetize Interactive determines that the original
lead data was valid, there will be no refund or replacement offered.
Monetize Interactive does not guarantee the performance
of leads provided. Buyers will experience a range of results based on sales/marketing skills and methods/processes employed
by the buyer.
